If you’re unsure, we can talk about your situation in our first session and see if hypnotherapy can help.

No. Hypnosis is a calm, focused state — not sleep. You remain aware, in control, and able to speak or stop at any time.
The work happens through cooperation, not suggestion or control.

Most clients find meaningful change with 4–6 sessions, which lets us really embed new ways of thinking and reacting. Some people notice shifts sooner, even after the first session, depending on what we’re working on. We’ll talk through a plan that fits your goal and pace.

We are based in Geelong, however Zoom sessions are available for your convenience, and to remain in the comfort of your own home.
